What is Gracelio?▾
Gracelio is a peaceful, modern app that helps you build a daily rhythm with God — through prayer, Scripture reading, journaling, reflection, and simple habits. It's designed for individuals, couples, families, small groups, and churches.
Is Gracelio free?▾
Yes — the core Gracelio experience is free. Premium unlocks extended features (deeper AI companionship, more habits, additional plans) for $9.99/month or $59.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
How do I cancel my subscription?▾
Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, not by Gracelio directly. iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → menu → Subscriptions. Premium remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Is my journal private?▾
Yes. Your journal and prayers are private to your account. Gracelio staff do not read them, and we do not use them to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How does the AI feature work?▾
When you ask Gracelio for a reflection or coaching response, your prompt is sent to a large language model to generate an answer in real time. AI can be helpful for encouragement and prompts, but it is not a substitute for pastoral counseling, medical care, or mental-health support.
How do I delete my account?▾
From inside the app: Profile → Delete Account. From the web, follow the instructions on our account deletion page. In-app deletion removes your account and data immediately; emailed requests are completed within 7 business days.
Can I export my data?▾
Yes — Profile → Export Data downloads a JSON file with your prayers, journal, habits, and reflections. You can do this any time, before or independently of deleting your account.
How do I turn notifications on or off?▾
Open Profile → Notification Preferences to fine-tune what you receive and when. You can also disable push notifications entirely from your device's settings.
Which Bible translation do you use?▾
Gracelio's reading plans use widely available public-domain translations by default. Where a plan uses a publisher-licensed translation, we link to the licensed source.
Does Gracelio work offline?▾
Content you've recently viewed is cached so it remains readable offline, but most features (AI, sync, notifications, subscription management) need an internet connection.
How do I join my church?▾
Open the Church tab in the app, search for your church by name, or enter the partner code your church shared. If your church isn't listed, you can submit it and we'll follow up.
Is Gracelio suitable for children?▾
Gracelio is intended for users aged 13 and older (16+ in the EEA and UK). It is not designed for younger children.
