Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA and UK) to use Gracelio. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@gracelio.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Gracelio offers optional Premium subscriptions through Apple's App Store and Google Play. Current plans:

• Premium Monthly — $9.99 / month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Premium Annual — $59.99 / year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency at checkout.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID or Google account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.

Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's subscription settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free trials. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid subscription automatically.

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled under their policies:

• Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play: support.google.com/googleplay

If you experience a billing issue that cannot be resolved by the store, contact us and we will assist.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or harm others.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Impersonate any person, church, or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Gracelio uses artificial intelligence to generate reflections, coaching responses, summaries, and study aids. AI output is generated automatically, may contain errors, and does not reflect the views of Gracelio, our team, or any church.

Not professional advice. Gracelio and its AI features are not a substitute for pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, medical care, mental-health treatment, or legal advice. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.

You retain ownership of everything you write in Gracelio (prayers, journal entries, notes, reflections). By storing content in the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, back up, and display it back to you so the Service can function. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with any third party beyond the service providers described in our Privacy Policy.

The Gracelio name, logo, app, website, design, text, graphics, and other original content are owned by Gracelio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except as allowed by these Terms.

Scripture quotations and third-party plans are used under their respective licenses and remain the property of their publishers.

Gracelio integrates with Supabase (auth & storage), RevenueCat (subscriptions), OneSignal (notifications), Sentry (error reporting), and AI providers via the Lovable AI Gateway. Your use of these features is subject to those providers' own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gracelio and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50 if you did not pay us anything.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Gracelio is organized, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
